Day 40: Rescue mission to Killin

Only five days after returning from Killin, the support crew was back to pick up Skye and take her home to the vets. A couple of nights previously, Skye suddenly started limping and by the next morning her left front paw was massively swollen and she was hopping on three legs. After a couple of days with little improvement, the decision was made to take her home to see her vet and give her time to recover.
